01 Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of DocketStream, a Georgia criminal intelligence platform operated for authorized professional and informational use. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
02 Authorized Use
You may use DocketStream only for lawful purposes and only when you are authorized to access the information you search. You are responsible for protecting your credentials, maintaining accurate account information, and ensuring that your use complies with applicable federal, state, and local law.
03 Public Records Notice
DocketStream aggregates public-record information from third-party and governmental sources. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. The platform is not a substitute for official records, legal advice, emergency services, or a determination of guilt.
04 Prohibited Conduct
You may not misuse the service, attempt to defeat access controls, scrape beyond permitted limits, harass individuals, make eligibility decisions based solely on platform data, or use information for unlawful discrimination, stalking, intimidation, or retaliation.
05 Accounts & Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe an account presents a security, legal, or safety risk, or violates these terms. You may close your account by contacting support. Provisions concerning lawful use, disclaimers, and limitations survive termination.
